This week I focused on getting lots of Link Play titles. I have all maxed out apart from:

• First Attacker (Need to get from Silver to Gold)
• Consummate Gamer (Need to get from Nothing to Gold)
• Comeback Kid (Need to get from Bronze to Gold)
• Z-A Battle Club Top-Ranked (I think I’ll receive Gold at the end of the season)
• Season Regular (I think I’ll receive Gold at the end of the season)
• Season Veteran (I’ll have to wait and do another 5 seasons for Gold)
• Mega Rush Master (Just need to beat Mega Rush at some point).

For this next week, I am focusing on playing lots of Infinite Z-A Royale, to earn a lot of in-game money, so I can buy all fashion items available in the game and have 999 of every Poké Ball etc. too.

Today, I finally caught the last form I needed: Hisuian Avalugg!
Earlier in the week I evolved all my trade evolutions with the help of a friend.

And for a 2025 target, I managed to beat all original Rogue Megas in under 20 seconds. As of now, I’ve uploaded 13/16 DLC improvements. Slowbro seems to be improvable but I can’t figure out a solution for Altaria or Banette (yet). I also uploaded my first new simulated boss battle: Zygarde.

So I’ve got 10 new rogue megas to make times for, and also online to get the last mega stones and titles. I’ll also grind more in the Infinite Z-A royale.

Today, I am only 10 forms from completing my in-game living form dex excluding the use of HOME (which is not available yet) and another save file. The following Pokèmon/items/touch trades I need are:

• A touch trade to evolve Male Feebas into Milotic.
• A touch trade to evolve Porygon into Porygon 2.
• Another Prism Scale and a touch trade to evolve Female Feebas into Milotic.
• Another Upgrade, another Porygon, and a touch trade to evolve Porygon into Porygon2 and then Porygon-Z.
• Alolan Raichu in my own nickname.
• Hisuian Avalugg
• Malicious Armor to evolve Charcadet into Ceruledge.
• Virizion
• Cobalion
• Keldeo
  
  If I had another save file, I would be able to get Zygarde 10%, Keldeo Resolute, another Genesect form (would need 5 to get all), and Hoopa confined. HOME compatibility (or a future update) would allow the other 17 remaining Vivillon, Roaming Gimmighoul, Magearna in own name and Original color Magearna. If we count the mons (Scatterbug and Spewpa) that evolve into the different Vivillon forms, that’s another 38 I would need. Eternal Floette would presumably be locked to AZ for the foreseeable future.

This evening, I finally completed all missions and side missions up to date with the DLC, including the Zeraora one. I also bought every last TM.

As for my other progress, I’m 22 forms away from completing the living form dex possible before the HOME update and I have 18 gold titles out of 45 I believe.

I’ve updated a few Rogue Mega new times, one time being 11.36 seconds! But I intend to do more in the next three weeks or so.

Last night, I beat the Mega Dimensions DLC. I’m still working on completing all the side missions, earning all the TMs and completing the Pokédex (and Living Dex as much as possible). I gave Theo’s Gholdengo back lol.

Then I’ll get back to doing Rogue Mega simulated battles, trying to get sub 20 with new Pokémon and set sub 25 versus the new rogue megas.

And then back onto Infinite Royale and Link Play stuff.

The last two weeks I’ve been focusing on lowering the Rogue Mega times. Today I managed a new low of 25.26s for the slowest time and yesterday managed to beat Absol in just over 15 seconds!

In this playlist, I’ve uploaded 14 times. The 2 Rogue Megas missing are: Dragonite, which I’m trying to get under 25 seconds still; and Altaria, which I recorded 30 seconds of by using the Switch 2 record feature but I haven’t done a full minute capture of—to include all the cutscenes and menus.

Edit: Rogue Mega Dragonite was added (beat in under 20s), which brings all to under 25 seconds.

Edit 2: I matched my altaria best with a full upload. This chapter is now complete.

This week, I focused away from most of the Pokédex-related stuff, and onto the other collection/high-score related tasks. The first half of the week I spent hours without a guide searching for the remaining TMs and Colored screws.

Once that was done, I wanted to get over 50+ wins in a single Infinite Z-A Royale night and also get the maximum prize money for a night. The second task was harder than I thought it would be and it took several times of about 45 minutes each to finally achieve it. It’s possible to get 99 wins in a single night if you lure the pokemon in a battle to be near the next trainer and then lock on immediately with them once you finish the previous battle. I might try to get this record too at some point.

The last thing I challenged myself was beating every Rogue Mega Evolution in under a minute, which I did so by finding optimal nature alphas (and Eternal Floette) and maxing their Ivs and Evs (and avoiding nature mints) and then working out a good moveset strategy to optimize things in order to set a good time against a fellow competitor online.

So I’m happy with my progress so far. I’ll probably get 5 more reward match wins so I can get the Infinite Trainer title in Gold and maybe I’ll improve some more boss times. Ranked Season 3 won’t be far away to get Mega Chesnaught.

I’ve been doing a lot in Z-A. First, I started by completing all the missions and side missions, then the wild zone collection challenges / mini-Pokédexes, then an almost living form dex before the DLC at the same time as the Pokédex, and then finally finished the type catching tasks and battles to complete the research.

The living form dex currently excludes Galarian Slowbro and Slowpoke, because you only get one via a trade—so it effectively needs 3 save files. Additionally, another Zygarde is needed for the 10% form / 50% form choice and also the Marine pattern Spewpa if you want to collect internal forms. Hisuian Avalugg, Sliggoo and Goodra, as well as the rest of the Vivillon lines, are also unavailable due to needing a HOME transfer (or possibly the DLC). The other possibilities could be Zygarde that doesn’t go Complete and Battle Bond and Ash- Greninja.

I am considering a second file to also store my alphas in. If I were to do that, I’d only need one more “Spicy” Galarian Slowpoke.

I managed to beat the game within just over a week and get rank A in the first season. Next, I’ll work on completing the Pokédex, research, and missions, which I’ve got a long way to go in.
